Xu Bo Travel Assistance

Xu Bo is happy to help participants make travel arrangements while you are with us. To make it possible to do this, we ask that you follow the procedures outlined below. Wherever you are headed, have a great trip!

Booking Staff

Booking a Taxi

If you would like Xu Bo to help with taxi booking, please tell your coordinator 1 or 2 days before the date you need the taxi. Taxi Company: Qiang Sheng Taxi Company: Tel: 62588888. If you want to book the taxi by yourself, you can call that telephone number.

Booking a Train

If you would like Xu Bo to help on Train ticket booking, please tell our coordinator and fill in the form enclosed 5 to 10 days before the departure date. You can buy the tickets in Shanghai Railway Station, you may find self service ticket office. There is English version in the self service machine so that you are able to buy ticket buy yourself. If you need any help, let us know.

Booking a Flight

If you would like Xu Bo to help on flight ticket booking, please tell our coordinator and fill in the form. We will book the ticket with Ctrip flight agency. You may check the price and departure time on their website at www.ctrip.com Ctrip will deliver the flight ticket to our office without charge.

Please be aware that our staff is not allowed to hold your money.
