Dutch Hospitality at its Finest!

Earlier this year, Jessie traveled to Holland to attend Activity International's "Info Day." Along with former former Xu Bo volunteers Sarah Herzlet, Mieke Alebregtse, and Yalda Gaffari, she answered questions and met two new volunteers: Caitlin Utama and Hadewych de Vries. Caitlin's parents invited Jessie for Italian food and made her feel so welcome. They also invited all the Holland folks to their home in Apeldoorn for dinner in July, the day before Caitlin left for China. It was a very special day and some of it is captured in the photos below. Occasions like these are so very special, making new friendships across countries and continents to make the world a nicer place!
